| Ever had that feeling when u know there’s something is wrong but u can’t quite seem to pin point it and it just keeps going round in your head making u feel dizzy… and ever feel like you’re being labelled ‘wrong’ or ‘crazy’ or ‘maybe you think too much!’? | Having recently been thinking about writing something interesting since it’s been almost a year since my last entry…and i just read Josh’s blog so I feel like I should write something!
Had a car service y’day which means my wallet is now 400 squids lighter (not that I carry £400 with me but u know what I mean!) and the previous major service was only 7 months ago…. One thing good out of this was that the night before my car was due in for a service, I noticed a flat tyre, not just any puncture but the tyre actually had begun to spilt with metal mesh-like stuff coming out – I don’t know much about cars, but it didn’t look good. The weekend before I’d actually travelled 300 miles so I’m thankful to God that I was safe home before the tyre was damaged, could have been much worse which I dare not imagine to be honest. I do wish I didn’t have to spend so much on my car….seems like I take care of my car more than myself or at least I spend more on it than me…
Thought for the afternoon….if God had a camera, what photos would he take and what message would the picture 'say'? |

7th July London Bombings
I forgot to say ‘thank you’ for this day. Why? Because 3 years ago today, I was in the tube in London that very morning doing my usual commute to work at Finchley Central. When all the bombs went off I’d just reached the office to read all the breaking news that was frantically being broadcasted. I thank God that I was unharmed, and it reminded me of how I shouldn’t take my life for granted. Sure, it affected my journey home, but that’s nothing compared to the lives that have been lost and those that have been seriously injured that day.
Help me Lord, to live for you to the fullest of every moment of everyday, for you are the reason that I live.
